Atlanta — Marietta-based Columbia Properties, Inc has sold two outparcels adjacent to their Olde Ivy Village development in Smyrna, GA for the construction of a new Racetrac Petroleum store and the relocation of Smyrna Eye Group. The Racetrac store will incorporate a new proto-type specifically for this market that will be approximately 5,000 square feet. The Smyrna Eye Group building will be approximately 10,000 square feet and open for business in the summer of 2011. Olde Ivy Village is located at the corner of South Cobb Drive and East West Connector in rapidly growing Smyrna, Georgia. The intersection sees more than 65,000 cars per day and will be developed in three phases. “We are excited to add Racetrac and Smyrna Eye Group to our development and look forward to breaking ground on Phase II in the Spring of 2012, says” Andy Campbell, Partner at Columbia Properties.
